Diversifying Tech with more women: becoming aware of and addressing discriminatory biases

Intro: Aspirational women, relative to men, face extra challenges everywhere, but women in Tech, a male-dominated industry, endure more. The objective of this paper is to help women in Tech prepare for the discriminatory biases that hold them back from leadership. First, we’ll take a look at the origin of these challenges. Then we’ll shift to reviewing ways to better manage the challenges.
